Lots of personalised coaster shops swap one line of text on a fixed template. We start from your idea — a name, a venue, a pet, a photograph, a logo, an in-joke — and design the coaster around it.
You get a digital proof within 3–5 working days and two free rounds of revisions before we print. The artwork is yours; we keep it on file so reorders are simple.

The cork, the print, the finish
Premium 5mm Portuguese cork — natural, heat-resistant, weighty in the hand and kind to wooden surfaces. Full-colour print onto the surface using flatbed UV inks that hold their colour for years. Edges are softly rounded so the coaster feels finished, not cut.
Standard size 100mm round. Square, rectangle and bespoke shapes available on request.

- How much do personalised coasters cost?
- Personalised cork coasters from Simply Coasters start at around £2.50 each at favour quantities, plus a one-off artwork fee from £45. Pricing drops as the order grows — most birthday, wedding and corporate orders sit between £2.50 and £3.50 each.
- What is the minimum order for personalised coasters?
- Our minimum personalised order is 54 coasters. There is no upper limit — we regularly print wedding favour runs of 50–300 and corporate orders into the thousands.
- Can I have my own photo, logo or artwork on the coasters?
- Yes. Send through a photo, logo, monogram, illustration or sketch and we will work it into a coaster design. We can also illustrate something from scratch in our studio style.
- How long do personalised coasters take to make?
- Allow 3–4 weeks from artwork sign-off to UK delivery. For weddings and big events we recommend getting in touch 6 weeks ahead. An express VIP service is available on request.
- Are personalised coasters dishwasher-safe?
- Personalised cork coasters are wipe-clean with a damp cloth. We do not recommend the dishwasher — the heat shortens the life of any printed coaster, ours included.
- Can I order a small personalised coaster set as a gift?
- Yes. The minimum is 54 across one design, so a set of four matching personalised coasters as a one-off birthday or anniversary gift is not the most economical route — but for milestone gifts (a 50th birthday, a golden anniversary) where 50+ guests will each take one home, the maths works beautifully.
