Email us with the occasion, the quantity you need, and any rough ideas — colours, venue, theme, logo, photos.
- 2. Design proof
We send a digital proof within 3–5 working days. Two rounds of revisions are included.
- 3. Sign off and print
Once you are happy, we print and finish in Cornwall on premium 5mm Portuguese cork.
- 4. Delivery
Tracked delivery to your home, venue, or office — typically 3–4 weeks from first enquiry. Although we can work very quickly when required, contact us about our express VIP service.
Photo coasters from your own pictures
Turn your favourite photos into personalised photo coasters — wedding portraits, pets, children's drawings, holiday snaps or family pictures, printed onto premium cork and finished in Cornwall. Send through the images you would like to use and we will mock up a set of coasters from pictures you already love.
Higher-resolution images print best. We will check each photo before proofing and suggest crops or tweaks so every coaster looks beautiful in the hand.

- What is the minimum order for bespoke coasters?
- Our minimum bespoke order is 54 coasters. Most wedding, anniversary and corporate orders sit between 50 and 300 — we are happy to quote for larger runs too.
- How long does a bespoke order take?
- Allow 3–4 weeks from artwork sign-off to delivery. For weddings and big events we recommend getting in touch at least 6 weeks ahead so there is plenty of time for proofing and revisions.
- Can you work from our own artwork or logo?
- Yes — send through a logo, photograph, monogram, venue illustration or sketch and we will work it into a coaster design. We can also illustrate something completely from scratch in our studio style.
- How much do bespoke coasters cost?
- Pricing depends on quantity and design complexity. As a guide, custom coasters typically work out between £2.50 and £3.50 each at party-favour quantities, with a one-off artwork fee from £45. Email us and we will send a tailored quote within one working day.
