How it's made

Built like a proper object.

UV-cured ink on 2mm polycarbonate — white foundation layer, full-colour high-density print, matt varnish on top. CNC cut to a true 95mm circle, then 1.5mm cork bonded to the reverse. Won't fade, won't curl, won't scratch your table.

The bits everyone asks.

When will it arrive?

Every coaster is made-to-order in our Cornish studio, so allow 4–5 working days from order to dispatch, then 1–2 working days for Royal Mail 24 Tracked delivery in the UK. Order at least a week before the birthday to be safe — two weeks if you want breathing room.

Can you post direct to the recipient?

Yes — at checkout, enter their address as the shipping address. We never include prices or invoices in the parcel.

How big is it?

95mm round, 3.5mm thick — 2mm polycarbonate face with a 1.5mm cork base. Heavier and more rigid than a card-stock coaster; actually protects the surface underneath.

Is the print permanent?

UV-cured ink with a white foundation layer underneath the colour and a matt varnish on top. Won't rub, fade, or wash off — wipe-clean with a damp cloth.

Can I buy a set of 4 different birthdays?

Yes — choose the "Family set of 4" option on the builder. You can personalise each coaster with a different date, name and colourway. They arrive in one parcel with a single gift card and optional box.
