Orders placed before 12 noon are posted the same day by Royal Mail Tracked 48 Large Letter; orders after 12 noon go out the next working day. Delivery typically takes 2–3 working days; please allow up to 5 working days. The package drops straight through the letterbox.
Can I send it directly to the birthday person?
Yes. Enter their address at checkout and we sign the "To / From" gift card in your name. Nothing showing pricing goes in the parcel.
Can I personalise it with a name or date?
The £14.99 Birthday Gift Bundle range is stock designs. If you want a name, birth date, star sign and traits printed on the coaster, pick our Born On range instead.
What are the coasters made of?
95mm round Portuguese cork, 5mm thick, printed in Cornwall on SwissQprint UV presses with a white foundation layer, high-density colour and a Matt UV varnish for long-lasting durability against condensation and heat.
